Booking & Cancellation Policy

1. Discovery call requests
Submitting the discovery call form is a request only. It does not confirm an appointment. We review each request personally and will contact you to propose a time. Your call is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from us.
2. Complimentary discovery calls
Discovery calls are an introductory, no-obligation conversation to understand your goals and whether BloomNest is a good fit. They are educational and non-clinical in nature.
3. Paid engagements
Fees, payment terms and session schedules for paid services will be agreed with you in writing before any engagement begins. [Attorney review: payment, deposit and refund terms.]
4. Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please let us know as early as possible by email. We will do our best to find a suitable alternative time.
5. Cancellations
For paid sessions, cancellation terms — including any notice period and whether fees are refundable — will be set out in your written engagement agreement. [Attorney review: notice period and refund policy.]
6. Late arrival and missed sessions
Sessions begin and end at the agreed time. Handling of missed sessions for paid engagements will be described in your engagement agreement.
7. Our cancellations
If BloomNest needs to cancel or reschedule, we will notify you promptly and offer an alternative time or, for paid sessions, a refund of fees paid for that session.
8. Scope reminder
All sessions are educational and non-clinical. They are not medical care, diagnosis, treatment, psychological counseling or therapy.
